This was *so* much fun to make - but it became a waaaaay bigger project than I imagined it would be! After over a month of working on her I'm finally done! 
She is sold!
Magnets, magnets, every where!
Working on the pony: The hardest part was definitely the Daring Do outfit. Trying to figure out how to create the pattern to make a shirt that fit tightly but was still removable was tough. I spend a lot of time here. My first Daring Do hat was pretty awful too. I threw it out and started over and am much happier with the new one! I think her glasses came out really neat too, I glued a clear vinyl inside the frame to make a lens.
Design Details:
Magnets, magnets, every where!The most exciting and fun part of this project was all the magnets! My main goal going into making Daring Do was to have two sets of wings for her so she could have normal wings or her bandaged wing (then I made the bandage removable too). I wanted to use magnets because they are fun and I love how seamlessly it all attaches together - she could even be an earth pony and totally pull off the look! She has many points of magnetization:
-Two in her body (one on each side for wing attachments)
-One on the top spike of her hair (to hold on her Daring Do hat)
-One on her nose (to hold her glasses)
-Four in the wings (one in each one)
-One in her Daring Do Hat
-One in her glasses

Size: She is just about 15 inches tall from foot to the tip of her ear.
Materials: Minky fabric, Silky Soft ultra plush fiber, quilt batting, chenille coated wires, Sulky thread, rare earth neodymium magnets, clear vinyl, velcro, button clasp.
