Sunset Shimmer Beanie

So Equestria Girls was really cute! I wasn't sure if I was going to like it, but they managed to make it great anyway and it was a fun movie. I thought Sunset Shimmer was really pretty so I wanted to make her. Her hair was really really tough to figure out, it was a good challenge though and I had fun with it. I think it came out pretty well! I attached the curl under her ear to keep in in place, but the top forelock is only attached at the root so it moves around a little which is fun.

Details: She is handmade by me from my pattern that I designed. Sunset Shimmer is made from high quality minky fabric. Her head is stuffed firmly with non-allergenic polyester Silky Soft ultra plush fiber. Her body is filled with Plastic Bean Bag Fill Pellets. Her eyes are oval plastic safety eyes. She has no cutie mark because I thought it would take away from her soft floppyness (and her flank is so small!). She is about 9 inches long from foot to foot.
