Okay, so if I did all this right my preview image was just a basic spoiler tag and then all of the images are right above this and you can click on them to enlarge them. I know some people have been really big on trying to avoid season 5 spoilers and I wanted to respect that. I will change it after the episode is out so that the main picture is one of these ones instead of the spoiler warning.

I am so hyped for season 5! I can't help but watch all the previews and it looks like we have some really exciting storylines coming up! My description is going to include some comments on things I've seen in the previews - so if you just came to see a relatively low-spoiler picture and are avoiding story spoilers you should stop reading here!

Making the Pony:
Hooray for Starlight Glimmer/"Mayor Marx"! The previews came out with such good timing for me! I hadn't opened up commissions yet and I had just enough time to make her. It was really fun to be able to put all my excitement for the new season into making a plush! I'm really happy with the way her mane and tail turned out - especially with the way some of the curls pop off the main part. I decided to go with the combination of the slightly sassy expression and the = cutie mark because that's the pony we're going to meet in the episode and that's who I am excited to learn about! I know she has a "real" cutie mark, but I decided not to go with that one because I don't know if she'll keep the same expressions when she has that cutie mark or if her personality will be completely different. I guess it's similar to deciding which version of Luna you want to make. There is no right or wrong, they're all fun! I also made a very small edit to my mare pattern, the bottom half of the back leg slopes back a teeny bit more now. It's not a huge difference, but I think it makes her stance look a little stronger.

Design Details:
- This pony is handmade by me from patterns that I designed.
- The pony character design belongs to My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Hasbro and associated parties.
- Size: About 16.5 inches tall from hoof tip to the top of her hair.
- Materials: Minky fabrics, plastic bean bag fill pellets, Silky Soft ultra plush fiber filling, quilt batting, Sulky thread, embroidery stabilizers, foam, wire.
